Hi, I'm Anh Chi Pham, yoga, meditation and nervous system educator at Emory HeaIthcare. I've healed from chronic pain, anxiety and overwhelm with yoga, meditation and Nervous System RESET. My passion is to help you feel at home in your body so that you can create the life that you love.
Developing a balanced and neutral awareness of present moment body sensations is the gateway toward reconnecting with your vital energy and innermost self.
Learning to move with playfulness and curiosity -in functional patterns that improve your daily living- not only discharges stress, but builds strength and capacity.
Your nervous systems was formed in relationship with your primary care-givers. With the right understanding, tools and consistency, you can re-parent your physiology to experience more calmness, clarity and resilience.
Build strength and capacity with a dynamic practice. Develop awareness and relieve stress with a restorative practice. Classes are donation-based and accessible for anyone who can get to the floor and up.
