My gift is in helping others to feel at home in their body through movement, meditation and nervous system coaching. Only from this place of embodied connection can we make sustainable positive change that is aligned with our deepest values and purpose.
In 1998, I started practicing yoga and meditation to heal from a back injury as well as to manage stress. Since then, I have developed a unique approach that combines classical yoga, functional movement and nervous system informed practices that has helped thousands of students. The practices have helped me to manage or heal from chronic pain, anxiety and overwhelm naturally without any drugs or their side-effects. In my previous lives, I worked as a brand manager at PowerBar and Fulbright Fellow in Creative Writing. My short stories have been published in various journals and anthologies.
I offer a range of services, including weekly Zoom movement classes, Nervous System RESET Coaching, and online workshops and community circles.
